Research
Our aim is to understand how cellular systems are shaped by evolutionary forces. We are addressing evolution and health-related questions using experimental and computational approaches, and this on model and non-model systems. We are also using evolutionary principles to investigate important biomedical questions that relate to cell and systems biology. Finally, a major objective of the laboratory is to provide the best training environment for the next generation of life scientists.
