The microscopy platform provides extensive expertise in both electron and optical microscopy as well as in histology and immunohistochemistry to assist research teams at Laval University and its affiliated centres.

The platform’s mission is to assist with microscopy projects, particularly for protocol development, sample preparation, microscopic observation, and the interpretation of results. Training on the use of available equipment is also possible for those who would like to perfect their knowledge at this level.
