Bioinformtic softwares
Several bioinformatics softwares are available on the computers. The softwares are managed
with the package Module.
If you are logged in on the computer, you can also get help on module with the command:
man module
To see the softwares accessible via this command, type:
module avail
To load a software, type:
module load
If you want to use a software and it is not installed, ask the technical support to do it
for you (support@bioinfo.ulaval.ca).
